Bushcare

Community Conservation in Action

Through Bushcare, stakeholders such as community groups, industry, schools and individuals are working with Council to help conserve and restore our unique local biodiversity. They also contribute to the sustainable management of our natural resources.

Launched in 1994, Bushcare now supports around 40 active groups working on projects such as creek restoration, bushland regeneration and open space revegetation.
